Marketplace disclaimer
The Service is a connect-only marketplace. We do not provide escrow, payment processing, shipping, or guarantees. Always meet in person and verify details before buying or selling.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate listing information.
- Upload required plate/VIN/serial photos where requested.
- Follow applicable laws and safety guidance.
- Do not post prohibited content (spam, scams, harassment).
Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or limit features to protect the marketplace, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions or interactions between users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
